We are seeking a part time or full time Practice Nurse for a prominent Wodonga GP clinic. They are a well known group of Wodonga doctors with full capacity - we should know as we recently tried to get in as a new patient, and could not!

As an experienced practice nurse, you will be responsible for working with patients on their health plans and working with Chronic Disease Management strategies.

You will also be an Immunisation Nurse.

We are happy to chat if you are a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse who has proven GP practice experience.  Let us know if you are looking for a full time position or have capacity to offer a few days a week. Flexibility with hours is also on the table.
