We are seeking  a Part time and/or Full time Practice Nurse for a prominent Wodonga GP clinic. They are a well known group of Wodonga doctors with a full patient load capacity.

As an experienced practice nurse, you will be responsible for working with patients on their health plans and working with Chronic Disease Management strategies.

You will also be an Immunisation Nurse.

We are happy to chat if you are a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse who has proven GP practice experience.
