Our client is seeking a certified and experienced Electrical Workshop Supervisor to lead the electrical team and oversee daily operations. This hands-on role suits a strong leader with technical expertise in electrical systems, compliance and workshop management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train and support workshop electricians
Manage workflow, project scheduling and resource planning
Perform and oversee installations, repairs and fault finding
Ensure safety, compliance and high-quality standards
Maintain documentation and report to Directors

What You’ll Need:

Certified electrician with a current license
5+ years of experience (2+ in a supervisory role)
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and industrial systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bonus: LVR/CPR, forklift, EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space tickets
