Office Administration - real estate

We are seeking a professional and approachable Receptionist to be the first point of contact in a small but busy real estate office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and takes pride in creating a positive first impression.

Your role will include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional manner
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Assisting the sales and property management team with general admin
  • Loading property advertisements online
  • Maintaining office presentation and supplies
  • Data entry and file management

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional presentation and a friendly attitude
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, database use)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
  • Previous reception or administration experience (real estate experience an advantage, but not essential)
