Your role will include:
- Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Assisting the sales and property management team with general admin
- Loading property advertisements online
- Maintaining office presentation and supplies
- Data entry and file management
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and a friendly attitude
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, database use)
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- Previous reception or administration experience (real estate experience an advantage, but not essential)
