- Welcome patients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
- Confirm all patient appointments in advance, managing the appointment diary
- Process payments, handle billing, and navigate HICAPS insurance claims
- Guide patients in selecting the perfect frames and lens styles
- Resolve customer concerns with a commitment to satisfaction
- Open and close the practice
- Train new staff
- Balance end-of-day accounts and banking
- Curate sales merchandising - showcase the latest in eyewear fashion
- Monitor lens and frame stock levels, meet with sales reps to select cutting-edge designs, and phase out discontinued styles
- Keep the practice sparkling clean and visually appealing, reflecting the commitment to quality
