Warehouse Supervisor - Food Manufacturing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a small team of six Inbound Goods warehouse operators and pickers
- Coordinate raw materials deliveries with Production Manager to factory
- Managing perishables inventory using FIFO principles
- Coordinate dispatch and oversee load/unload trucks
- Operate forklifts and high reach equipment
- Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Follow GMP and SQF Quality requirements
- Produce accurate inventory reports to management team
- Food Manufacturing, Pharma or chemical warehousing experience
- Warehouse / logistics leadership experience
- Good IT skills and ability to produce management reports
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, safety-focused, team player
- Current Forklift Licence
- Physically fit for manual handling
- Knowledge of OSTENDO or similar ERP
- Willingness to improve systems and further improve efficiencies
- Qualification in Warehousing Operations
