- Supervise, train and support workshop electricians
- Manage workflow, project scheduling and resource planning
- Perform and oversee installations, repairs and fault finding
- Ensure safety, compliance and high-quality standards
- Maintain documentation and report to Directors
- Certified electrician with a current license
- 5+ years of experience (2+ in a supervisory role)
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and industrial systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bonus: LVR/CPR, forklift, EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space tickets
