Management Accountant

Our client is a well-established, multi-site community services organisation supporting thousands of people across North East Victoria each week. Founded in the 1990s with a strong community focus, the organisation has experienced significant growth and continues to expand its impact across the region.
An opportunity now exists for an experienced Management Accountant to join the team. Working closely with the CFO and Board, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights and supporting decision-making, as well as driving financial performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver timely and accurate management reports
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Support grant reporting and funding submissions
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and reporting requirements
About You:
- Degree-qualified in Accounting – ideally with CPA or CA
- Minimum 3+ years’ Australian experience (Public, Commercial or NFP)
- Proven experience in a management accounting or similar role
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
- Experience with grants / funding will be highly regarded
- Commercial mindset with a strong stakeholder focus
