Over 20 years ago, this private group shaped a new benchmark in retirement living, centred on a genuine commitment to creating high-quality villages and driving positive outcomes for residents. Their homes and communities are widely considered to be second-to-none in features, quality, presentation and reputation.

We are now seeking a full time marketing professional to ensure sales and operational objectives are achieved by driving the branding, marketing, communications, socials, events and PR.

You will provide ongoing support to the sales and village management group to extend and build strong residents’ communities.

You will possess:

Tertiary Marketing qualifications and relevant creative experience
Experience with Retirement Village operators preferred
Working experience supporting sales teams with quality collateral and ideas
Highly analytical personality
Strong project management and organisational skills
Highly developed written and verbal communication talents
