About the role
Based in Wodonga, the Family Violence Case Manager position requires someone who can play a pivotal part in enhancing our service capacity to provide early intervention, response, and recovery support for victims of Domestic, Family, and Sexual Violence (DFSV). This includes addressing the needs of DFSV victim-survivors and focussing on boosting AWAHS staff expertise to manage complex and specialized responses to DFSV cases.
A key aspect of the role will be providing resources to service providers to improve trauma-informed care for DFV victim-survivors, whilst also expanding the number of specialist DFV workers in remote, regional, and rural areas.
This is a contract position until June 2025, that is expected to continue conditional upon further funding.
