As part of their desire for improving the management of financial data, we are seeking a qualified accountant to join the senior regional leadership team, delivering commercial insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.
In this role, you will analyse financial and operational data across the retail network, providing key insights into sales trends, store performance, supply chain efficiencies, and customer behaviour. Your work will help shape pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and overall profitability.
Key responsibilities:
Analyse business KPIs, providing insights to optimise revenue and margin performance
Support the GM and executives with data-driven pricing and sales strategies
Deliver detailed reports and actionable recommendations to the GM and leadership team
Develop financial models to assess profitability, market trends, and competitor performance
Partner with store managers and administration teams to drive informed decision-making
Ideal candidate:
CPA/CA qualification preferred
3+ years' experience in a commercial analysis role, preferably within retail or FMCG
Strong ERP knowledge, reporting expertise, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Leadership and mentoring talents to get the best from the admin team
