Are you a friendly and customer-focused professional with a passion for further education?
We’re looking for a talented Customer Service Officer to join the team at a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound enquiries from prospective students about vocational education courses mainly in the Aged Care, Early Childhood Education, Disability Care and Individual Support sectors
Handle enquiries from businesses and organisations looking at offering funded training courses
Provide accurate information on course offerings, enrolment processes, and funding options
Maintain excellent customer service standards and assist with administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous customer service experience (preferably in education or training)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
A passion for helping people achieve their career goals
