Are you a friendly and customer-focused professional with a passion for further education?
We’re looking for a talented Customer Service Officer to join the team at a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound enquiries from prospective students about vocational education courses mainly in the Aged Care, Early Childhood Education, Disability Care and Individual Support sectors
  • Handle enquiries from businesses and organisations looking at offering funded training courses
  • Provide accurate information on course offerings, enrolment processes, and funding options
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and assist with administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience (preferably in education or training)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for helping people achieve their career goals
