Residential Property Manager – Community Housing
Shepparton, VIC · Volunteering/Non-Profit- Shepparton
- Full Time permanent role
- $43 - $46/hr + super + Salary Packaging
You will be responsible for service delivery of high-quality tenancy and residential property management for eligible individuals and families, ensuring that this is carried out ensuring relevant legislation, regulations, organisational policies, and procedures are followed.
The Property Manager will provide outstanding customer service to applicants and tenants and will also manage the related property maintenance and portfolio administrative functions.
The role will entail:
- Managing properties for tenants who are eligible for community housing
- Assisting with applications, intake, and assessment of housing eligibility
- Identifying and supporting tenants at risk of homelessness by providing appropriate referrals
- Administering the housing program in accordance with established policy and procedures and report to management as required in relation to all housing matters including VCAT processes
- A demonstrated understanding of cultural awareness
- Tenancy management and collection of rental payments online and face to face in accordance with the RTA
- Meeting portfolio KPIs and preparation of weekly and monthly reports
