We are seeking a Team Leader – Community Services Education to lead curriculum development, support trainers, and strengthen industry partnerships in a growing and dynamic training environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the review and development of compliant, engaging assessment curriculum aligned with industry and RTO standards
- Provide professional development, coaching and advice to trainers, clients and RTO staff
- Support assessment validation and ensure training excellence
- Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to expand Community Services program delivery
- Lead projects, manage timelines, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Step in to deliver training/assessment when required
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE)
- Certificate IV or higher in Healthcare, Community Services or Individual Support / Personal Care
- 3+ years’ leadership and management experience in VET or industry
- 2+ years’ experience developing compliant curriculum in a VET context
- Training experience (5+ years) in Individual Support (aged care or disability)
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience with LMS systems (i.e. Cloud Assess, VETtrak)
- A commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, and workplace wellbeing
- Full driver’s licence
