Oversee facilities and contracted services such as cleaning, security, and maintenance
Monitor operational budgets and resources
Lead, support, and develop administrative staff to deliver outstanding internal and external service
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior role with a respected Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation that’s growing and evolving.

Qualifications and/or solid experience in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Proven success leading high-performing admin or customer service teams
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Experience managing budgets, assets, facilities, and fleets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to engage respectfully and effectively with Aboriginal communities
A proactive, professional, and culturally aware approach
