Payroll Administrator - Manufacturing

Are you a Payroll Pro with a passion for precision?
We are seeking a highly capable Administrator to join a manufacturing finance team and keep the weekly payroll running like clockwork!

What You’ll Do:
  • Process weekly payroll with pinpoint accuracy, ensuring compliance with the EBA and contracts
  • Manage superannuation, PAYG, payroll tax, and more, while keeping employee records spot-on
  • Collaborate with managers to streamline timesheets, allowances and wage increases
  • Drive process improvements and tackle payroll queries with confidence
  • Stay ahead of payroll legislation and deliver insightful reports
What You Bring:
  • Expertise in Enterprise Agreement and Award interpretation
  • Experience with payroll software (NetSuite or UKG/Kronos a plus!)
  • A knack for problem-solving and working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Manufacturing payroll experience? Even better!
