What You’ll Do:

• Oversee cost accounting for manufacturing operations and supply chain, ensuring accurate tracking of production costs, inventory and material usage
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and profitability
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations and internal controls
• Work closely with production and supply chain teams to streamline operations and reduce waste

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Australian manufacturing
• Strengths in cost accounting, ideally in food, petfood or beverage manufacturing
• Power BI and advanced Excel skills – and a love of meaningful data analysis!
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems
• Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
