Reporting directly to the owners, you will assume full responsibility for:

All day-to-day community operations, resident experience and team leadership
Proactive sales and resale of apartments and villas (inbound + outreach)
Maintaining 100% occupancy and strong financial performance
Compliance, maintenance programs, events and budgeting

Ideal candidate

Current or recent Village/Retirement Living Manager with a demonstrable history of high occupancy and successful resales
Highly personable, visible and sales-oriented
Experienced in small, high-end boutique environments
Warm, professional and hands-on – you love knowing every resident

Package $100,000+ base + super Plus performance bonuses linked to sales success and occupancy
