We are now looking for a highly skilled HR practitioner to support two aged care facilities in regional Victoria. You will partner with the leadership group and team leaders across the operations, providing expert HR support and driving workforce strategies that make a difference.
We are seeking an experienced HR professional who enjoys:
- Human Resources administration and providing day-to-day generalist advice, reporting, WHS and HR systems administration
- Providing general advice to managers and employees regarding regulatory compliance, workplace conditions, Enterprise Agreements and contractual matters
- Providing guidance to managers and employees in relation to organisation policies, L&D programs and best HR practices
- Offering workplace relations advice and support
- Overseeing effective care staff rostering processes
- Providing assistance to managers in respect of employee performance improvement / management and assist in drafting and preparing letters of performance improvement, performance management and terminations
- Using centralised systems to maintain staff files and compliance documents, police checks, and training records
- Assisting with recruitment and selection processes including advertising of roles, screening applications, interviewing and reference checking
- Processing new employee placements, onboarding and completing employee paperwork and issuing letters and contracts of employment ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Creating and delivering innovative People and Culture initiatives
