The Role We are looking for an individual with proven leadership skills to lead a dedicated team in the community services sector.
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of 12
Oversee daily service delivery to ensure quality, compliance and positive client outcomes
Provide supervision, performance management and professional development to staff
Manage stakeholder relationships, complaints and operational risk
Monitor budgets, reporting and regulatory requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement and service development initiatives

Pay & Conditions In return for your dedication, experience and professionalism, you will receive:
An attractive base salary of $110,111 - $114,978 (based on Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Level 6)
12% Superannuation
17.5% Annual Leave loading

About You To be successful in this role you will have the following:
Relevant qualifications or experience in leadership or management
Experience leading, coaching and mentoring a team in a service-based environment
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be adaptable
Ability to contribute to service development and improvements
Highly developed customer service and problem-solving skills
Highly developed communication, negotiation and advocacy skills
The ability to influence culture, role model organisational values and engage a team to achieve outcomes
Highly developed organisational and time management skills
Well-developed IT and administrative skills
Current Drivers Licence
Experience within the social services or community sectors will be highly regarded.
The successful candidate must participate in a National Police Check and Working with Children Check as this role operates within a Child Safe organisation.
