About the Role

You’ll be the go-to technical expert across the dealer network, managing warranty claims, troubleshooting complex issues and driving continuous improvement back into the factory.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the primary technical link between manufacturing and dealers across ANZ
• Manage complex warranty claims, reviewing diagnostics and build data
• Coordinate urgent “boat down” parts to minimise customer downtime
• Support dealers with technical troubleshooting and advice
• Identify recurring issues and work with Engineering / Quality teams to improve product reliability
• Develop and share technical bulletins, recalls and updates
• Build strong relationships and capability across the dealer network

About You:

• Mechanical/technical background (marine, automotive or similar)
• Experience with warranty processes and dealer support
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator who can build solid relationships across a network
• Hands-on, practical and solutions-focused
