We are seeking an experienced and passionate Family Support Worker who is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of this community. You will have a demonstrated understanding of the unique health issues facing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander infants, children, and families.

With a Bachelor of Health Science, Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Health, Aboriginal Health Studies Certificate 4, or related qualifications/experience in Aboriginal health, you will work with families to assess, consult, and provide case management, group work, education, supportive counselling, and referrals as required.
This position requires you to be actively involved in the community, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
