Finance Administration Officer

Are you ready to bring your finance skills to a dynamic and fast-paced environment?

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join a prominent multi-site building supplies business in Lavington, as a Finance Admin Officer.

In this key support role in the Finance team, you’ll play a significant part in managing Payroll, Accounts Payable, Credit Control as well as helping with general office admin duties and supporting the Head Office team.

Do you have experience in?
  • Processing payroll for approximately 100 staff (5 company entities)
  • Managing debt recovery and financial transactions across multiple locations
  • Reconciliation of creditor statements and processing invoices
  • Assisting with general office duties from reception to placing stationery orders
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong Microsoft Office and financial software skills (Micronet ERP, Xero & Excel)
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to results
  • A professional, positive and proactive attitude to working in a team
  • Some exposure to management accounting and debtor management
  • Someone keen on career growth opportunities
