The shifts are Full-time, Part-time or Casual, AM, PM or Nights across a 7-day roster.

You will:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and dignified manner
- Support residents to maintain independence while tailoring care to their individual preferences, cultural background, beliefs and life experiences
- Monitor, observe and report any changes in physical, mental or emotional wellbeing to the clinical team
- Ensure safe and effective personal care practices, including infection prevention and control, adherence to individualised care plans and the use of appropriate equipment
- Maintain accurate, timely and confidential documentation, including daily care notes, incident reports, resident preferences and communication
- Uphold residents’ rights to dignity, choice, privacy and identity in all aspects of care
- Work within a Scope of Practice, following organisational policies & procedures, our Code of Conduct and safety guidelines
- Receive excellent remuneration and salary packaging benefits up to $18,500 per annum
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum qualification of Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
- Kindness, humour and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum one year experience in an aged care facility
- Experience in dementia care or palliative care
- A desire to learn with ongoing professional development and participation in continuous quality programs
- A positive team approach to caring
- The ability to follow policies, processes and instructions
