We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who wants genuine ownership of a brand and the opportunity to influence business growth.

What makes this role different?
You won't be managing one marketing channel.
You'll own the entire marketing function.
From strategy through to execution you'll lead:

Brand development and positioning
Digital marketing and social media
Events and community engagement
PR and communications
Sales collateral and lead generation
Agency management
Marketing analytics and ROI
Village branding across multiple premium communities

You'll work alongside experienced sales and village management teams to create campaigns that genuinely influence enquiries, resident engagement and community growth.

We're looking for someone with...

Marketing qualifications and commercial experience
Strong digital marketing capability
Exceptional communication and project management skills
Experience creating campaigns from concept through to delivery
The ability to analyse results and continually improve performance

Experience within retirement living, property or lifestyle communities would be highly regarded, however we are equally interested in talented marketers who can demonstrate outstanding branding, lead generation and customer engagement experience.
